Had Jersey Maids out for a pre-party clean and to consider whether we wanted to use a cleaning service regularly. Jessica and Elizabeth were on time, got to work right away, and were very thorough. Jersey Maids asked me my priorities before they started, and asked me to check everything when they left. Jersey Maids worked constantly the entire time. Jersey Maids had a great demeanor and were very pleasant. Jersey Maids did take longer than our original estimate, but it was a first time clean and none of their time was wasted. They brought all of their own supplies and didn’t leave anything behind. We got a text afterward confirming that the overage was OK, and billing was prompt. All communications with the service via text were prompt, and we got email confirmations and reminders for the appointment.
I never had a cleaning lady or service in my life. So I didn’t know what to expect. I am also very OCD when it comes to cleaning my home. I never thought anyone could clean it like me. BOY WAS I WRONG!! I can not speak more HIGHLY of this company! EVERYTHING surpassed my expectations. From, speaking with Shawn who made my appointment, and his outstanding professionalism to the 2 women that came into my home and THOROUGHLY cleaned better than I would’ve done myself! We hired this service to clean our apartment today after we moved out. They sent Two extremely professional women named Dolores and Anna who arrived promptly as scheduled and did a phenomenal job cleaning the apartment from top to bottom, quickly and thoroughly. The place looked just like the day we moved in. I’d highly recommend them to any person who needs cleaning done for any reason!

What can I say, my first cleaning and they did an AWESOME job!! Compared to the previous cleaning company I was using over the last 2-3 months they honestly can’t hold a candle to what Jersey Maids provided me the first time. Yes I know the initial cleaning is the deep cleaning, and when I say deep my goodness they knocked the ball outta the park, but I am confident they will continue to provide quality service. And they were on time, even a couple of minutes early. Yes, they are a little more costly but you get what you pay for, and let me tell you that you won’t regret choosing them to clean your home or office.
