Deep / Initial Cleaning & One Time Cleaning

This cleaning package is what our maids do on your first time clean. It can be booked as a one-time clean, or to begin a recurring service. Either way, your home will sparkle from top to bottom and will allow perfect maintenance cleaning going forward!

At Jersey Maids We Do Not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster We Cannot Move Furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

To provide the highest quality cleaning, we ask that you provide a reasonably clutter-free home by picking up clothes, toys, etc. If excess clutter is present, we do our best to clean around these areas. We do not clean the following: Display areas such as Lego’s, electronics, diaper genies, pet waste, or dishes.

CANCELATION/ LOCKOUT POLICY:

If you need to reschedule or cancel service, please call our office and provide at least 48 hours notice so that we may have time to fill your spot and keep our technician’s schedules consistent.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be assessed a cancellation fee of $50.00.
